These terms cover two things: using our website, and working with us on a project. We’ve kept them as plain as we can. Each project also gets its own written scope, and if that scope says something different, the scope wins.
01Using this website
By using webncrafts.com you agree to these terms. You may browse, share links to and quote from the site for personal or business research. Please don’t copy our designs, code or written content to pass off as your own, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
02Quotes and scope
Prices on our website are starting points. Before any work begins, we send a written scope that lists what we’ll make, the timeline, the price and the payment schedule. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it, never added to an invoice by surprise.
03Payment
Unless your scope says otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on completion and before final files are handed over. Monthly services such as SEO, digital marketing and hosting are billed in advance at the start of each month. Invoices are payable within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
04Revisions
We revise work until it’s right, within the agreed scope. That means we keep refining the direction you’ve approved. A brand new direction after sign-off, or new pages and features not in the scope, count as a change and will be quoted first.
05Your responsibilities
To keep the project on schedule, we need timely feedback, content and access to any accounts we need. If we’re waiting on you for more than 30 days, we may pause the project and schedule it back in when you’re ready. You confirm that any material you give us, such as text, photos or logos, is yours to use or properly licensed.
06Ownership
When the final invoice is paid, you own the finished work we created for you: the designs, the code written for your project and the content we produced. We transfer copyright in writing on request. Third-party items such as fonts, stock images, plugins or platform subscriptions remain under their own licenses, which we’ll set up in your name wherever possible. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
07Third-party services
Your project may rely on services we don’t control, such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, ad platforms and app stores. Their terms and fees apply directly to you, and we aren’t responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, though we’ll always help you deal with them.
08Results
We promise to do careful, professional work and to report honestly on it. We can’t guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance, sales figures or app store approval, because those depend on factors outside anyone’s control.
09Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10Ending a project
Either of us can end a project with written notice. You’ll pay for work completed up to that point, as described in our refund policy, and we’ll hand over everything that has been paid for.
11Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted your scope. Questions are welcome at hello@webncrafts.com.
